WHAT I DO
Leadership takes courage and requires cultivation
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
Coaching is a powerful process, providing leaders a safe space to reflect on who they are and their impact. Deepening self-awareness is central to how I work as is building relationship that enables creativity and experimentation for individuals try new ways of being and acting.
I have a particular interest in coaching individuals around themes of:
- Personal power
- Developing embodied presence
- Strategic influencing and impact
- Navigating transitions (career, leadership, personal)
- Leading effective teams (direct, project, virtual)
- Managing difficult relationships.
TEAM COACHING
Teams are highly creative and as well as complex systems. When working well, teams can achieve the most extraordinary results. When struggling, teams can be very hard to be part of, de-energising and performance flounders. Team coaching is an approach that supports a team to become more aware of and more able to improve their effectiveness.
I work with teams to:
- Create psychological safety and trust between individuals, the foundation of growth
- Build awareness of what’s already working, what’s well developed and the challenges faced,
- Encourage an experimental and agile approach to try new ways of working and being (start small, test and learn)
- Support their capacity to sustain their learning and growth
PAIRS COACHING
A relatively new concept, Pairs coaching is about accelerating the effectiveness of key relationships (two leaders) working with two coaches. Typical relationships might be the CEO and FD, Marketing and Sales Director. Given more progressive and flexible ways of working e.g. role-sharing, co-leads on strategic projects, Pairs coaching is creative way to support two people who to work together more effectively.

There are a number of foundational leadership practices that cultivate and sustain a leaders’ learning and growth
These include:
- Personal presence
- Self-awareness

Leaders learning from leaders is a highly effective way to build personal mastery, broaden perspectives and gain support for personal leadership challenges, either through workshops or within peer learning groups
